| I have been a self-employed independent Cape Cod appraiser of commercial and residential properties, primarily on Cape Cod (Barnstable County) and the Islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyeard, for attorneys and private parties since 1991. Appraisal areas of focus are the Islands and Upper and Mid Cape towns from Falmouth to Harwich, including Bourne, Sandwich, Mashpee, including New Seabury, Hyannis, Osterville, Centerville, Cotuit, Marstons Mills, Yarmouth, Dennis, Brewster, etc. Special assignment appraisals have extended into the Lower Cape towns of Chatham, Orleans, Eastham, Wellfleet, Truro and Provincetown.
